NOMA 2025 Conference & AGM
NOMA is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our 2025 Conference & AGM at the Superior Inn Hotel & Conference Centre in Thunder Bay from April 23rd to April 25th!
The conference theme this year is "Innovation" and will be a great opportunity to provide timely updates, showcase best practices, share local initiatives, network, and provide municipalities with critical knowledge to help them prepare for the changes that are to come.

Please note: Our agenda is FULL for the NOMA Conference. Speaking requests will no longer be accepted for the Conference. However, we will be hosting a virtual learning morning on May 28th beginning at 9:30am(EST). If you would like to join the learning morning please contact Andrea Strawson at admin@noma.on.ca and provide a brief description of your presentation, title, and short biography. All sessions are 30 minutes including Q&A.
REGISTRATION: Registration for the 2025 NOMA Conference and AGM will open December 20th at 11am(EST)! Please use this link to navigate to the registration page.
Please note: If you are planning to sponsor or exhibit at the conference do not register for the conference on Eventbrite as it incurs additional fees. Please email admin@noma.on.ca and a unique link to register will be provided to you.
Early Bird rates will be available until March 14th at midnight (EST). All ticket sales will end on Friday April 18th, 2025 at 10am (EST).
Refunds will only be granted if the request is made more than 14 days in advance of the event. Eventbrite fees will not be reimbursed at any time. There is $50 cancellation fee. This may be waived at the discretion of the Executive Director. If an attendee is not able to attend, you may substitute their registration for another attendee up to 5 days prior to the event.
Please note that HST will now be added to registration fees.

You may also donate to our prize draw or donate a small item to our swag bags. All swag bag donations must be received by April 16, 2025.
Please note: if you are both sponsoring and exhibiting both forms must be completed, even if included in sponsorship package.

Please note that HST will be charged for exhibitor booths this year so it will be $1000+HST. Sponsorships are HST exempt. Any booths that are part of a sponsorship package are also HST exempt.
