Shortage of Justices of Peace
Be it resolved that the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association request that the Province recognize that there is a shortage of Justices of Peace in Northern Ontario and that this shortage adds excessive costs to municipalities. Therefore, NOMA further requests that the Province move quickly to address this issue.
