NOMA to Intervene in the Hydro One Networks Application
Whereas the NOMA Membership has concurred with the nature of electrical transmission improvements required in the Northwest, and
Whereas Hydro One Networks will be submitting an application to the Ontario Energy Board for permission to proceed with the construction of one or more lines, and
Whereas it is important that NOMA’s voice be heard at the Ontario Energy Board on matters related to the economic and social well being of Northwestern Ontario.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that NOMA register as an intervener and that prior to any commitment for the expenditure of funds, approval by the NOMA Board be obtained.
